Welcome to SellVibe. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using SellVibe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

SellVibe grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by SellVibe, in the manner permitted by these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You will be required to select a payment plan and provide accurate information regarding your payment method. You agree to pay SellVibe the amount that is specified in the payment plan in accordance with the terms of such plan and these Terms.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SellVibe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
